Maximize State Transportation Funding

Are you receiving the maximum reimbursement allowed in your state? Many don't. The data submission process is cumbersome and the arithmetic is very complex. Few participants really understand how funding models work, and how to work them to get every dollar the regulations allow.

Schools typically receive some funding pertaining to pupil transportation. Data is provided to the state by transportation or finance. Generally, mileage and pupils have some bearing on reimbursement. And special education transportation is often funded at a higher rate than regular transportation. Thus, it is essential to accurately gather and categorize all the data to assure that all of the funding is received. Even if you contract out your transportation services, there can be opportunities to maximize reimbursement.

We apply an approach that will exhibit your data the way the funding agencies look at it. And the upside potential will become immediately evident.
