A former longtime consultant to TransPar, Jeff joined the firm full time in 2005 to provide expanded financial services to new and existing customers. He is also responsible for the company’s financial and administrative functions.

Executive Director/CFO – Shughart Thompson & Kilroy – Directed all non-attorney staff, finance, personnel and administrative functions for Kansas City’s third-largest law firm.

Senior Vice President/CFO – Mayflower Contract Services – Provided financial direction as company tripled in size over 10 years, participated in 11 acquisitions, working with debt restructurings, risk financing and insurance programs.

Etc. – Former general manager of McHenry Pontiac & Buick and CPA for Arthur Andersen & Co.; holds a Bachelor of Science and CPA from the University of Missouri; member, Financial Executives Institute; Elements of Strategic Executive Financial Management – Harvard Business School.
