Mr. Mendez joined the company in 2005, after working for an affiliated company the previous 6 years. He designs and supports the customized applications TransPar has developed to support current clients and support consulting service needs. He has designed driver sign-in, billing and complaint management systems for use throughout the nation. He has experience with all major routing software and mapping programs.

System Programmer / Payroll Manager - Milepost Transportation - (previously Alex Transportation Services) - Milepost provided shuttle/van transportation for railroad crews. He directed 1000 drivers and vehicles in 12 states. During his 6 year tenure, he oversaw all network, system, application and application extension matters. He developed a home-grown automated dispatch system. He managed the receipt, submission and processing of biweekly payroll with ADP until the company was sold in 2005.
