President & COO - Veolia Transportation Services, Inc. - Veolia provides public transportation services throughout the United States and the Province of Ontario encompassing full fixed route, paratransit, and shuttle bus services. The company has revenues of $600 million, 10,000 employees and 5,000 vehicles. Veolia purchased ShuttlePort and ATC/Vancom.

President & COO - ShuttlePort Transportation Services, LLC - ShuttlePort provided ground transportation services at airports, rental car companies, universities, hospitals, etc. throughout the United States with $60 million in revenues, 1100 employees and 300 vehicles.

Executive VP & General Counsel - ATC/Vancom Inc. - Vancom was the largest privately held school bus transportation company in the United States; 3600 vehicles operating in 8 states; $230 million in annual revenue. ATC/Vancom was the largest privately held public transit company in the United States; 3,000 vehicles operating in 26 states; $300 million in annual revenue.

President - Vancom Olympic Games Group - Provided specialized transportation services for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games.
