Jeff R. McHenry- CFO/Financial Analyst, TransPar Group, Inc.

Mr. McHenry is responsible for the delivery of high quality management and consulting services to TransPar's customers. He also coordinates the company's financial and administrative functions.

Mr. McHenry's areas of expertise include:

  • 20+ years experience in school transportation industry
  • financial and operational data analysis, controls and management
  • cost reduction and process improvement
  • state pupil transportation reimbursement
  • special needs transportation costing
  • operations-based technology and software
  • budgeting, forecasting and business planning

Previous Accountabilities Include: CFO - TransPar Group - TransPar provides specialized management and consulting services to school districts and other entities in the transportation industry. He has served as a financial and special project resource since the company was founded in 1985. Mr. McHenry joined TransPar full time in 2005 to provide expanded financial services to existing and new customers. Mr. McHenry helps manage TransPar's business on a day-to-day basis.

CFO - Clinical Reference Laboratory - CRL is the second largest provider of nationwide insurance and drug testing services. He directed 50 employees in accounting, human resources, warehousing and distribution. He oversaw the design of a custom management system in Oracle Financials and process improvement initiatives. He developed the annual business plans and financial models. He negotiated key capital purchases and major contracts.

Executive Director / CFO - Shughart Thompson & Kilroy - Kansas City's third largest law firm. He directed all non-attorney staff, finance, personnel and administrative functions.

Senior Vice President / CFO - Mayflower Contract Services - (previously RW Harmon & Sons) - operated 10,000 school and public transit buses in the U.S. Mr. McHenry joined Harmon in 1985 and provided financial direction as the company tripled in size over 10 years. He participated in the acquisition of eleven companies. He worked with debt restructurings, risk financing, insurance programs, and participated in the Board meetings of the public parent.
